You can obtain a claim form online from www.osgtravelclaims.co.uk.

You must give written notice to the claims department as soon as possible, but in any event withing 31 days.

  • Resort and country visited
  • Value of claims
  • Brief circumstances
  • Travel dates
  • Incident Date

Failure to have the above information to hand may result in your claim being delayed.
